Lamb Chop Lollipop; Grass fed Marcho Farms lamb chop served with mint pine nut pesto and Luxardo Maraschino cherries.
Bittwersweet Winter Salad; Candied bacon, spiced pecans, dried cherries and creamy goat's cheese over arugula and frisee, tossed with a tomato vinaigrette.
Seafood Trio; 2 Gulf shrimp and 4 oz. of Flounder prepared romano style, with 2 of Franco's jumbo lump crab balls.
Pork Chop Saltimbocca; 12oz White Marble Farms pork chop, grilled to order, stuffed with Parma Proscuitto, Asiago cheese and fresh sage, finished with a marsala wine demi-glace.
Lobster Ravioli; Four large lobster meat filled ravioli, with 3 pan seared sea scallops, finished with a sherry wine cream sauce.
Pollo Isabella; Chicken breast sauteed with banana peppers, mushrooms, and crispy prosciutto, in a white wine demi-glace, sprinkled with Asiago cheese.
Veal Osso Bucco; (only while it lasts!) One pound Marcho Farms veal hind shank, slow roasted for 5 hours with carrots, natural au jus, and onions.
Petite Surf and Turf; 4 oz. Center Cut Angus Reserve filet mignon, with a 5 oz. Candian cold water lobster tail, served with mushrooms, onions, natural au jus, and drawn butter.
