Mussels with Tuffled Pommes Frites; white wine steamed New Zealand Green Lip mussles in a light garlic and leek cream sauce topped with fresh cut fries
Arugula & Fennel; thinly sliced fennel, baby arugula, grape tomatoes, pine nuts, and shaved Parmesan cheese tossed with lemon vinaigrette
Lobster Mac & Cheese; lobster tail and claw meat over imported Penne Rigate, tossed with fresh lobster cream sauce with Brie, Romano, and Parmesan cheeses
Lake Erie Perch; breaded and lightly fried fresh Perch from the Lake Erie region served with homemade cucumber tartar sauce
