Current Dinner Features:
Rirecracker Shrimp Tempura; 8 tiger shrimp, tossed with Sriracha spice, with a creamy chili dipping sauce.
Burrata Salad; fresh mozzarella filled with shreds of mozzarella and cream over a lettuce mix with fresh basil, topped with an aged balsamic reuction.
Pork Chop Pizzaiolo; grilled 12oz pork shop, topped with mushrooms, onion, sweet peppers, soppressata and provolone cheese served over tomato-basil sauce.
Salmon Cakes; two salmon cakes, prepared with fresh Atlantic salmon, broiled and served with a lemon aioli and micro salad.
Mushroom Bolognese; Italian herb pappardelle pasta with wild mushrooms in a flavorful meat sauce.
Banana Walnut Bread; served with vanilla ice cream.
