Crispy Brussel Sprouts; crispy breaded, and served with garlic aioli dipping sauce
Roasted Beet Salad; watercress, bib lettuce, and raccihio topped with roasted beets, cashews, goat cheese, and citrus vinaigrette
Surf and Turf; 8oz center cut filet, grilled to order, with an 8oz cold water lobster tail served with scampi butter
Seven Seas en Papillote; 3oz cold water lobster tail, shrimp, scallops, pasta neck clams, mussels, cod, and crab claws, steamed with broccoli, carrots, and zucchini, in a garlic white wine sauce
