Strawberry Scallops; pan seared day-boat scallops, sesrved with strawberry pesto and balsamic syrup
Bittersweet Winter Salad; candied bacon, spiced pecans, dried cherries, and goats cheese over a bittsweet mix of arugula and frisee, tossed with tomato vinaigrette
Cioppino; a fisherman's stew with black cod, clams, mussels, jumbo lump crab, scallops, and Gulf shrimp
Beef Osso Bucco; red wine braised beef hind shank served with beef demi glace, butter whipped potatoes, and cipolini onions
Rib Eye; 18oz rib eye, grilled to order, with two jumbo shrimp and two scallops, topped with bacon cream sauce
